Upon landing in Nairobi, you’ll be greeted by a representative who will escort you to your hotel to rest and recuperate.

After early breakfast, drive to some of the beautiful flower farms near Mount Kenya (second largest mountain in Africa). Pass by local farms to explore the breathtaking beauty of Meru as your guide talks about the rich colonial history and the fight to Kenya’s independence. Enjoy some of Kenya’s most stunning landscapes on this scenic route that gives you a chance to witness Kenya’s natural beauty. Once you arrive in Meru, you’ll be greeted by an array of exciting activities and have a firsthand experience with the locals.
Have lunch at Sweet Waters Serena and proceed to Ol Pejeta for your first BIG FIVE encounter and a visit to rhino sanctuary. The wildlife is nothing short of spectacular here. Majestic elephants roam freely, while regal lions survey their kingdom. Graceful cheetahs race across the savannah, and towering giraffes gracefully graze on treetops. After early breakfast, visit the local market, coffee farm & tea farm. Learn about Kenya’s cash crop, how it is picked, processed, and exported to all over the world. African market experience of shopping, bargaining and general interaction with locals can be exciting and memorable. It is about enjoying the connection with people and feeling like a local. Have a delicious and nutritious “farm-to-table” lunch at the tea farm and interact more with the locals while learning about life at the Kenyan farm.
Return to the hotel just in time for delicious dinner and well-deserved overnight rest.

After early breakfast, depart Meru via Embu arriving in Nairobi in time for lunch. Enjoy Nairobi city tour and have lunch at the Tamambo Restaurant. Visit Karen Blixen Museum and proceed to the Giraffe Centre to see and feed the famous Rothschild Giraffe and her family.

After breakfast head towards Tsavo West. Arrive in the afternoon and have some time to relax. Spend the day in the park where you have the chance to see the Shetani Lava flows and the amazing Mzima Springs where buffalos, giraffes, zebras are in plenty. Tsavo West savannah ecosystem comprises of open grasslands, scrublands, and acacia woodlands, belts of riverine vegetation and rocky ridges including the Poacher’s Lookout where visitors can see the teeming herds in the plains below.

After breakfast drive north to the Tsavo East Park arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive as you witness iconic 300-kilometer long Yatta Plateau, the longest lava flow in the world. The Tsavo East Park is home to most of the larger mammals, vast herds of dust-red elephants, rhinos, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippos, waterbucks, lesser kudu, gerenuk and the prolific bird life featuring 500 recorded species.
