I am sad to announce that David Ward who has been with Talk of the Town Travel for the past 30 years has suddenly passed away.
David has over 25 years travel industry experience with Talk of the Town. Although now primarily involved in the agency’s administrative areas, David continues to organise and sell International Dog Show Travel including Crufts U.K. and the Westminster Dog Show in NYC along with customised international air transportation of brachycephalic (flat faced) toy dog breeds.
Over the years David was integrally involved with the planning and operation of the following Talk of the Town Travel customised tours: U.K. Gardens Tour inclusive of Chelsea Flower Show led by Diane Kerbel (featured advertisement in Toronto Life); Royal Ascot Horse Racing Tour inclusive of transatlantic crossing on Cunard’s QE2 (featured advertisement in Toronto Life and The New York Times); Singles Travel Club events; Washington D.C. Holocaust Memorial Museum Coach Tour groups escorted by Henry Wiseberg (featured advertisement in Canadian Jewish News); French Immersion Educational Tour programs to Leysin, Switzerland.
