An educator for more than 20 years, I have been travelling to Cozumel, Mexico for more than 15 years now and want to share the spirit of this remarkable space with you to support you to blossom from the inside out.
On the Dancing the Creative Path Women’s Chakradance Retreat I will guide you on a soulful journey through 9 workshops of spontaneous dance, sound healing music, guided imagery, and mandala art work to reconnect with your true essence and deepest joy. Enjoy sacred ceremony with guest Adrian Salas Xopan of the Mayan Nation that will shift your consciousness, and experience Group Samhara Reiki to integrate your new experiences. About My Recent Retreat: At our most recent retreat participants shared the opportunity to get in flow with their inner joy and creativity through an intimate series of 9 Chakradance workshops. The food was healthy, delicious, and beautifully presented. The chef prepared all the retreat meals personally with pride and greeted us warmly on the final day to take a photo together. The ocean-front vibe at Hotel B was relaxing, friendly, and calm and greatly enjoyed. We felt the deep connection to the spirit of this magical island through a Mayan Water Blessing Ritual and Ceremony led by Adrian Salas Xopan of the Mayan Nation. The ceremony brought tears to the eyes of retreat participants and hotel staff alike as we could all feel the collaborative energy generated through this unique and touching experience. We gave back to the local community through the Chrysalis Program which provides school supplies and financial support to over 300 children on the island. The feedback from this retreat was that every woman should experience this retreat! Participants later kept in touch sharing that they had felt a real shift and were now meditating regularly.
